DTF Transfers California
Panthera Prints prints DTF transfers in-house in Santa Clara, California. Order by 2 PM PT Monday–Friday (12:30 PM on Saturday) and your transfers ship the same day by UPS from the Bay Area, or you can pick them up free at our shop at 2568 Lafayette Street. Gang sheets start at $3.60, every sheet is 22 inches wide, and there are no minimums.
Why order DTF transfers from a California print shop
Most DTF sellers that show up for "DTF transfers California" print in another state and ship across the country. We print every order on our own machines in Santa Clara. That changes three things for California customers:
- Shorter transit. Your package starts its trip inside California, so UPS Ground usually reaches California addresses in fewer days than a cross-country shipment.
- Same-day pickup in the Bay Area. Order online before the cutoff and collect your transfers at our Santa Clara shop the same day, with no shipping cost.
- Real people nearby. Questions about your file, a rush job or a big event order? Call (650) 603-1715 or stop by Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

- Send your design. Upload a print-ready 22" gang sheet, build one online in our gang sheet builder, or order a single design by size. PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI prints best.
- We print it in Santa Clara. Your transfers are printed, powdered and cured in-house on our own DTF printers.
- Press it. Heat press at 310°F / 155°C with medium pressure for 12–15 seconds, peel hot or cold, then repress for 5 seconds. Full steps are in our DTF pressing guide.
Who orders DTF transfers from us
Small apparel brands, print shops that need extra capacity, Etsy and Shopify sellers, schools, sports teams, churches, event organizers and makers with a heat press at home. Because there is no minimum, you can order one transfer to test a design and come back for a few hundred when it sells.
