DTF Heat Press Instructions (Step by Step)
1. Pre-Press
Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. First Press
- Temperature: 300–315°F (150–157°C)
- Time: 10–15 second
- Pressure: Medium to high
3. Peel
Peel the film immediately (hot peel) or slightly warm.
4. Second Press (Repress)
Cover with Teflon sheet or parchment paper and press again for 5–10 seconds.
5. Final Result
Ensures better adhesion, softer feel, and reduces cracking.
